How to keep your pet safe during fireworks season

We are able to experience the essence of life because of the powerful senses that we all have within us. We can hear, smell, feel and see without making an extra effort to experience our reality. Yet sometimes, because of what is happening around us, we may feel overwhelmed. Or we feel that it is too noisy and because of that, we get e.g. a headache.

Animals are truly unconditional souls, and their senses are highly evolved. Although they use similar senses as humans, their senses are much more sensitive than ours. They often like to smell a new person they meet so they can feel the energy of the person and be aware of who that person is.

They are much more sensitive to sounds around them, which people often can’t hear themselves. It always amazes me that my father’s dog Misia can hear when my father is coming back even if I am not aware of that. Her body language suddenly changes, and seeing her unexpected excitement makes me aware that she may hear my father’s car.

Their senses are more sensitive than those of humans because animals use them not only to receive what is happening around them but also to receive information if something is good or bad for them.

Animals are really caring souls. During telepathic consultations with them, I often witness how much they try to support their human friends. Sometimes they choose to stay longer on this plane with their guardians even if they feel pain, just because they can sense that their human family friend is not ready yet to let them go.

I know that this is an ongoing issue each year and there are ‘silent fireworks’, which are not actually silent as we can still hear the fireworks explosion.

So, how can we support our animal friends just as unconditionally as they support us every day?

First, stop using fireworks on New Year’s Eve. This will benefit us all. Although they are super attractive to our visual senses, they affect not only our hearing but also create suffering for our animal friends.
