How to regain your sense of self-worth

Sometimes we only need a moment of silence to hear the voice of life within us.
The tree I connected with during meditation reminded me of something that forever changed the way I perceive my self-worth.
Today, I want to share with you the wisdom of a tree — simple yet deeply transformative.
Some time ago, while sitting on a bench and practicing presence in the now, I felt a tree inviting me to communicate. 🌿
I must admit, I often connect telepathically not only with animals, but also with trees and all of nature. That is the power of telepathy — it opens the door to communication with every form of life.
For the ancient Goddesses and priestesses, this was a natural stage of evolution — consciously listening to all Life.
However, returning to the point I want to share with you, this tree was extraordinary. It shared with me a wisdom that I still carry in my heart:
“If only you remember that the Creator / God / Source is the LIFE you feel within and see all around you, then you will never be able to feel low self-worth — neither toward yourself nor toward any other form of life. You will feel every expression of Life as the Creator itself in its essence.”
Isn’t this message beautiful?
I’ll be honest — recently I had a few moments when I truly felt it. So deeply that I couldn’t think of myself as anything less than the highest value of Life itself.
And in that same moment, I couldn’t think anything negative about any other being — because each one radiated that same, beautiful essence of existence.
Stay with this for a moment, my dear. As you feel your heartbeat, ask the Creator within you:
What would my life look like if I felt this sacred worth of existence within myself right now? (Feel free to share your reflection in the comments below).
And the truth is — we already carry this connection within us. We only need to accept it and open ourselves to the power of the sacred worth of our being. Once we do, our lives will never be the same. Our presence becomes a field of power in which we flourish in abundance — co-creating the New Earth together with the animals.
But it all begins with a simple step — accepting what is alive right now. Looking at your shadow in the eyes.
The practice I’m offering you below came to me after my communication with the tree, and I’m sharing it so that you, too, can transform your relationship with your own inner worth.
This is not a practice of diving into deep wounds, but rather a gentle awakening — a moment of realization of what no longer needs to be nurtured in your life.
Practice: Restoring a Sense of Worth
Take a sheet of paper and write what the value of life means to you. What makes you feel worthy? What gives you a sense of worth?
Examples:
I respect my boundaries;
I value what I offer;
I take care of my needs.
I express my truth;
I receive gratitude and recognition with an open heart; etc.
Give yourself time and write down every point that comes to mind — even the smallest.
When you finish, read the list slowly once more. Ask yourself: Do I truly feel the value of what I wrote? For example:
Do I actually value my boundaries?
Do I value what I offer to others?
Can I acknowledge my value in everyday actions?
When I did this practice myself, I realized that—on a scale from 0 to 10—I was truly giving value to what I had written on my list only about 4 percent of the time.
It made me aware of how little I had truly valued myself, even in what was most important to me. It was both moving and liberating because I saw how often I had been diminishing my own being.
Since then, I’ve begun consciously practicing giving value to each of those points—and that’s why I’m sharing this story with you, so it may serve you too.
But remember, my dear, each of us is gifted with a telepathic ability, so perhaps you too will hear the whisper of nature reminding you of your own worth.
Because Life, in all its forms—in you, in me, in the trees and the animals—is the same breath of the Creator.
We don’t need to prove anything to be worthy. It’s enough to allow ourselves to feel that we are part of Life itself — a sacred expression of existence.
True worth — the kind that is independent of the outer world — is a part of you.
It exists simply because you are alive.
Because every life, by its very existence, is infinitely valuable.
With love,
Annelle
